FAQ
Q -- How long does it take to have my furnace and air conditioner upgraded to high efficient units and is it really worth it to upgrade?
A -- Each client's home is different and the time to complete installation varies, but on average, we allow one day per unit. Yes, it is definitely worth it to upgrade! The monthly cost of your financing payments for your new equipment will be lower than your existing heating costs. After a year, you will see the difference in your heating costs with your new equipment and will enjoy lower energy bills.

Q -- What kind of warranty do you offer on your products and installation?
A -- We offer a one year warranty on labour (which automatically converts to a ten year labour warranty when you sign for an annual servicing agreement), a ten year parts warranty, and a twenty year warranty on the heat exchanger in your new high efficient furnace.
Q -- What happens to my old equipment once the new units are installed?
A -- G&G Industrial HVAC contacts a service that comes to your home and removes all of the old equipment from your property, usually within 24 hours. Once your equipment is taken off-site, it is taken to recycling facilities to be broken down and reused.
Q -- Do I need to be home while my equipment is being installed?
A -- No. We will need someone to provide access to your home so the equipment can be loaded in and the technician installer can work. If you need to leave, feel free. If we finish with the install before you get back, we will lock up your home and leave the site secure. Our technician installers are fully licensed and bonded.

Q -- Why isn't an address listed on your website?
A -- We have an office in Winnipeg, and use that for processing paperwork and answering calls. The nature of our business is unique to each client and their home, and we believe that in order to better serve our clients, we must go to them. In order to ensure a more personal experience, provide our undivided attention, and to fully accommodate our clients, we operate in this manner.
Q -- What happens if I am approved for financing for a high efficient central air conditioner in the winter? Can an air conditioner be installed in the winter?
A -- The payments on your high efficient air conditioner do not begin until we submit the paperwork to Manitoba Hydro with your signature on the Completion Certificate. An air conditioner cannot be installed in cold weather. The unit will not calibrate properly and cannot be set up to ensure proper operation. You paperwork will remain on file in our office and once weather permits, we will contact you to make an appointment for the installation of this unit. These clients receive priority install appointments and are booked before all other central air conditioner installation appointments.
